Permanent Eyebrows Aftercare
- What to expect:
- Slight swelling with varying degrees of redness. Fairer complexions will tend to be more pink or red.
- How to care:
- Day of procedure: Pat lightly to remove any fluid with soft tissue every 10 minutes for the first 2 hrs. Then
- Day 1 (after): Wash brows lightly with warm water and mild soap using fingertips. Pat dry with soft cloth.
- Days 2 – 7 (after): Continue to wash lightly, as directed in Day 1. Apply a small amount of After Inked or grape seed oil 1x daily in A.M. using cotton swabs.
- What to avoid:
- Avoid placing your face directly into a shower.
- Avoid pigmented areas: night creams, moisturizers, active skin creams, Retin-A, soaps, facial cleansers.
- Avoid direct sunlight while healing.
- Avoid picking or scratching brows while healing.
- What to notice:
- Infections are extremely rare. However, if a red ring appears around your brows, seek medical attention. Brows may weep for a few days so you may need to change your pillowcase nightly.
Permanent Lip Blush Aftercare:
- What to expect:
- Lips tend to be very dry. Swelling may occur on day of procedure. An ice bag covered with a paper towel can be applied for the first day and next morning.
- How to care:
- Day 1
- Day 2: Wash lips with mild soap and water using fingertips. Rinse and pat lightly to dry. Apply a thin layer of Vaseline.
- Days 3 – 6: Repeat washing and applying Vaseline. Peeling will occur. DO NOT PEEL OFF.
- First 14 days: Keep moist using cotton swab with Vaseline. Very moist lipstick / lip gloss may be worn over a coat of Vaseline.
- What to avoid:
- Avoid extended wear lipsticks or plumping gloss.
- Avoid teeth bleaching for a minimum of 3 weeks.
- Avoid drinking any beverages without a straw.
- What to notice:
- Lips may weep the first few days so you may need to change your pillowcase nightly.
- Lips tend to fade 60% and color can hide for a 4 week period before resurfacing.
Permanent Eyeliner & Eyelash Enhancement Aftercare:
- What to expect:
- Various degrees of swelling may occur, generally for a few mornings.
- Sleep propped up or on your back to reduce swelling.
- A sealed ice bag covered with a paper towel can be lightly applied for the first 2 days.
- If eyes are weeping or tearing, pat lightly to dry with soft tissue. DO NOT PRESS ICE BAG AGAINST EYES!
- How to care:
- Day of procedure and Day 2: Was eyes with mild soap and water, using fingertips. Rinse well and lightly pat dry. Apply nothing.
- Day 3: Apply nothing. No need to wash unless lashes are stuck together.
- Days 4 – 6: Apply nothing. Allow your eyeliner to dry heal. Should be no need to wash until healed. Then, resume a regular routine.
- Change your pillowcase nightly.
- What to avoid:
- Avoid high sodium foods for at least the first 3 days.
- First 2 weeks after procedure, avoid: eye creams, Latisse and lash growth products, and moisturizers, Retin-A, lash tinting, lash extensions and false lashes.
- What to notice:
- Your eyeball should not become more red! You must seek medical attention immediately if you see signs of bloodshot eyes or pus in the corners of your eye. This may be an infection, requiring a physician and prescription medication.
Scar Camouflage Aftercare:
- What to expect:

- Day 1 (after): Wash scar camouflage lightly with warm water and mild soap using fingertips. Pat dry with soft cloth.
- Days 2 – 7 (after): Continue to wash lightly, as directed in Day 1. Apply a small amount of “After Inked” or grape seed oil 1x daily in A.M. using cotton swab.
- What to avoid:
- Avoid placing your scar camouflage directly into a shower.
- Avoid on pigmented area: night creams, moisturizers, active skin creams, Retin-A, soaps, facial cleansers.
- Avoid direct sunlight while healing.
- Avoid picking or scratching brows while healing.
- What to notice:
- Infections are extremely rare. However, if red ring appears around your scar camouflage, seek medical attention.
Ultra Realistic 3D Areola Aftercare:
- Clean Area with alcohol before sealing with Vaseline & Tegaderm Film
- Place Vaseline on pigmented areas & Tegaderm Film
Day 1-7: Place Tegaderm Film sealing the cleaned area for 7 days
*Minimize direct contact with air for 7 days*
*Change Tegaderm Film with Vaseline AS NEEDED ONLY*
Day 7-14: Apply Vaseline morning and night after 7 days covering with gauze. Apply cling film if necessary.
NO: Long showers, swimming, or saunas.
