Permanent Eyebrows is a form of Permanent Makeup that gently provides color, definition, symmetry and an overall enhancement to the brow. We believe in beautiful and natural Permanent Makeup that enhances your natural features (and never changes who you are). The techniques we use may vary based on the skin type, skin quality and overall result desired by you - the client.
We understand that brow loss or thinning frequently happens. Reasons for brows loss or thinning can be due to age, or medical conditions such as Thyroid, Alopecia, hormone changes, cancer and so much more. There are also medications such as Chemotherapy that can cause hair loss. However, we believe in a beautiful and natural looking solution so YOU don't have to worry about your brows!
At Outliner Studio, we know there is no one-size-fits-all brow design, color, or shape. That’s why we customize each treatment- Just. For. You. Together, we will design, map, and personalize the brow color/shape that meets your needs. We then implement the final design using gentle yet advanced micro shading technique that is extremely gentle and very effective lasting 1-3 years.
We believe in permanent makeup that enhances YOUR natural features to bring you more confidence.
All of our permanent makeup services & techniques use the most gentle microshading process which has excellent retention, soft & natural results, a comfortable experience- there is no blood or discomfort during our services due to our unique and effective techniques only found at Outliner Studio.

PERMANENT BROWSHADOWING?
Permanent Browshadowing is an absolute game-changer for your morning makeup routine and your confidence. Maybe you’re pretty blessed in the brow genetics department (lucky you), but you still find yourself grabbing for that brow pencil to feel your best.
Enhancing your natural features is the goal, not changing your look through harsh design or unnatural color. With Permanent Browshadowing, we add a sheer layer of pigment behind your existing brow hairs. It’s an ultra-soft technique that provides definition, corrects symmetry, and adds fullness. WHAT ARE POWDER BROWS?
Powder Brows is a Permanent Makeup technique that provides more density and definition to the eyebrows.
This is technique is typically better for clients who have little to zero brow hair or those who want a little "more" for their brows. More definition and color is applied to create a crisper appearance to the brows. This is a beautiful enhancement and lasts 1-3 years. An initial touch up is recommended 6-12 weeks after the initial appointment.

BROW SERVICES?
Choosing the right artist for you is the most important step in permanent makeup & microblading.
Permanent makeup IS permanent. However, there are some ways to correct your PMU or remove your permanent makeup if you're living with undesirable results from another artist.
If you are a victim of poorly executed PMU, below are the commonly seen problems:
- Unnatural color
- Scar tissue (previous artist working too deep)
- A bad design/ poor taste/ rushed service
Fortunately, we have options for you but we cannot guarantee an appointment. An in-person consultation and high-quality photographs are required previous to scheduling your appointment to show that your PMU is workable.
We are THRILLED if you have decided to choose us for your future permanent makeup needs; however, all new clients and appointments are charged a full price.
We do not touch up other artists work at a "touch up" price.
We will do everything we can to remove, correct, and redesign your permanent makeup. However, there is no guarantee that we can fix, correct, or remove the previous PMU or schedule your appointment. Corrective Brow services will require a minimum or 2-3 appointments to help correct the undesired result.

MICROBLADING

WHAT IS MICROBLADING?
Microblading has been one of the most popular permanent makeup trends which uses a one-time use tool (think disposable exacto knife) to create a "hairstroke" effect within the brows. This technique can be effective for only some. MOST people are not candidates for this service. Microblading requires dry skin only (no oily skin) and very youthful skin.
Microblading is NOT a semipermanent service (which we hear it being advertised as). The method in which the pigment is applied creates the risk for scarring and hair loss, and over time, the hair strokes can tend to "bleed" together.
This is our unbiased opinion since we are certified in Microblading, but find that the most natural results come from our Advanced Microshading Techniques. Want to learn more?
